RESTAURANT / BAR / CLUB
PUBLICO – FREDSGATAN 12
We present Público.

The doors to the new venture Público are now open. Unlike the celebrated restaurant F12 that previously housed in the premises, you are now met by a more playful and colourful eatery with terracotta red walls and patterned fabrics. In the center of the restaurant you´ll find an 18-meter Pisco- & Cevichebar where the bar staff mixes lovely cocktails while the chefs prepare flavourful ceviches. Publico provides a wide selection of dishes, created to be shared around the table. The menu is based on Latin American influences, mainly from Mexico and Peru with a lot of heat and spice blends that characteristics the food. The environment at Público is relaxed and inviting and inspiration is taken from the taverns around the continent where the boundaries between a bar , restaurant and club are erased. Renowned DJ’s we be beating out pulsing tones in both the bar and dining room, and as the plates are been taking away the music and mood gets turned up, creating Público into an accomplished nightclub. Público also offers a Chambre Separée for parties up to 12 people with the opportunity to book the Mezcalerian Bar for private occasions.
